Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
