Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for orders within Australia.
Standard post: $9.15
Express  post: $12.15

If an order is particularly bulky or heavy, additional charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $85.

 

When will my orders be shipped?
We are small business, please allow 1-6 business days for your order to be processed. During busy period orders may take longer to be dispatched, we appreciate your understanding.

 

Estimated Shipping Time
Due to COVID19, there are some restrictions that are causing delays. Please allow additional shipping time.

On regular days items are estimated to arrive within 2-6 business days. However, the delivery time to your destination will vary according to your location. Please note shipping may take longer over peak periods or to remote locations. 

Upon shipping, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that ROLLING RUFF is not responsible for any delay or missing items in delivery. Items that are delayed / loss during shipping can't be refunded or cancelled. We advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number provided in the invoice.

 

Shipping Address
All shipping addresses are to be written in English. Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information.

We are unable to make changes or cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post.  If incorrect address provided, we are unable to give refunds and customer will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

 

International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Rates vary by country and will be calculated at the checkout, all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

Due to COVID19, there are some restrictions that are causing delays in most countries. Some countries are not currently accepting parcels, please check with Australia Post or contact us before placing your order.

FREE International Standard shipping with any $150 purchase for USA, Canada, UK and selected Asian & European countries.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the country.

Import taxes or customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs office for further information before you place an order. In the event of a parcel returned due to non-delivery or not being picked up, a refund will not be given.
